• Please note that we do not offer single night stay, the minimum lenght of stay is usually 2 nights. It can go up to 7 nights in Juy and August, and 3 nights during Christmas break.

• The reservation can be made online in a few simple steps, with a completely secure credit card payment system.
• A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is requested 21 days before arrival. An email will be sent automatically 30 days before your arrival to offer you different payment solutions (your credit card used for the initial deposit will not be charged).

• Each one of our private jacuzzi available on the terrace of each apartment are free to use and well heated all year long, even during winter.

• The swimming pool is accessible and heated from around mid-April to mid-October. Dates may vary within a few days depending on weather conditions. This is an outside swimming pool with a removable cover that is very easy to close and open depending on the temperature.
• The swimming pool is shared with all the 5 apartments and is secured.

Yes, we will be glad to accept cats and dogs upon request ! No additional fees are required.

However, you must take the necessary measures to avoid any damage to the furniture, the accomodation, as well as the cleanliness of the garden. Any additional cleaning related to the presence of an animal will be charged.

• Any rental of the reception room associated with music, or a large number of people implies the complete privatization of the castle, to respect the tranquility of the place.
• Our reception room cand accomodate up to 100 people seated, but it is recommended to not exceed 80 people if you wish to keep some space to dance. A larger number of people is possible outside for the cocktail, in the courtyard, during a privatization of the castle.
• You are free to choose the service providers for your event. We can provide you with a list to help you, after your reservation. A seperate catering area is present within the reception room, as well as sanitary facilities.
• We do not have any catering service or a restaurant on site. Several choices of restaurant or caterer are available in the nearby town of Saint Affrique (9km).
• Room rental includes furniture (tables and chairs), cleaning service, screen and videoprojector, and reception of your service providers on site by our staff if needed. All charges are included.
